Hays Talent Solutions is the outsourced division of Hays and offers recruitment consultancy and customised services, including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Provider (MSP) services, Total Talent Management solutions, Statement of Work (SOW) solutions, Vendor Management Solutions (VMS) and CMO (Broker) services. This helps with the support and management of all issues surrounding capacity management and HR policy, both for permanent and temporary hires.

We manage over 150 contracts internationally, covering every combination of temporary and permanent recruitment. With on and off-site delivery teams managing niche, high volume, white and blue collar, executive, middle and senior management recruitment; we require a high number of skilled and expert recruitment professionals who ensure that our global customers receive the highest quality, most appropriate and diverse candidates for consideration, managing each through the own recruitment processes.

Client Management

Our client facing teams enjoy a full immersion in our clients’ cultures and working practices, providing a solutions-oriented approach to all recruitment challenges.

Most of the teams’ time is spent in front of clients, discussing a brief, selecting the most suitable candidates, providing feedback and facilitating on-boarding. The focus is achieving 100% client and candidate satisfaction by providing a responsive and efficient service.

To succeed in client management our teams need a pragmatic attitude, a patient disposition and an imaginative approach to problem solving.

Candidate Sourcing

Our delivery teams manage the recruitment of candidates for our customers, they are dedicated to specific clients and contracts. Using all recruitment methods available, harnessing social media platforms, traditionally and on-line advertising, Boolean search techniques on proprietary and on-line databases they search for the best talent.

Once identified our delivery teams help candidates though the recruitment process. They will screen each candidate for their suitability, assesses and validate experience, managing and coordinating interviews before guiding them through the offer and on-boarding stages.

Contractor Care

Every week we hire, pay, redeploy and extend the contracts of thousands of workers on temporary assignments through Hays. Our Contractor Care Team provides a dedicated point of contact for every temporary worker through the lifecycle of their assignment.

About Sales & Bids

Our sales and bid teams power the growth of our MSP and RPO portfolio around the world and play a critical role in engaging with new customers as they consider the benefits of adopting an outsourced recruitment solution.

Sales

Our approach to sales is based around a consultative framework and best practice RPO and MSP models. This helps us understand the unique nature of each customer, their strategic objectives, current state and future needs/wants, before we consider the best solution. It sets us apart from our competitors and ensures our proposals are tailored to deliver. This requires our sales team to be experts in their fields to give comfort to prospective customers that we are the right partner for them.

Senior leaders or RPO / MSP programme managers whose passion is providing solutions to customer's medium / long-term needs are well suited to this role due to the long sales cycle.

Commercial

Our commercial team provides financial modelling and commercial governance support to our RPO and MSP opportunities ensuring the sustainability our services. With backgrounds in senior commercial finance roles, this team coordinates the consolidation of our delivery costs and provides guidance around the most suitable commercial constructs for each unique client engagement as part of our sales process.

Bid Management

Once key opportunities have been identified our Bid Team ensure all formal bid and tender processes are project managed to a successful conclusion. Ensuring all documentation submitted to prospective customers reflects our capabilities and experience and that our proposed solution is clearly articulated and understood.

People that succeed in the bid director and bid manager roles tend to have well-rounded understanding of how an RPO or MSP solution operates from time spent in an onsite operational role. With a natural development path that leads into sales management the bid manager roles are an ideal stepping stone for anyone looking to develop their recruitment outsourcing career into a senior management role.

Project Services

Our Project Services team comprises a range of specialists in project management, change management, process analysis, configuration analysis and technology.

Our project managers are all Prince2 qualified and understand how to quickly scope and implement a new service to ensure the delivery of our customer’s objectives. They are supported by a team of systems configuration and business analysts who look at how a company currently works and assesses how to transition to the new service and configure any technology components.

The implementation of a new MSP or RPO often involves significant amounts of business change as much as it involves adoption of new technology, so we also look at the cultural, people and supply chain aspects too.

ONSITE TEAM MSP

MSP Partner

The MSP Consultant is responsible for filling all temporary vacancies (hiring, transfer, turnover) at the customer and setting up and expanding an MSP service for an existing customer. In addition, the MSP Consultant acts as and is the central contact point for the MSP Hiring Desk and is responsible for providing excellent customer service.

MSP Coordinator

As a Coordinator, you are responsible for timely onboarding external parties, ensuring compliance, extending contracts on time and liasing with managers. You are also the point of contact for hiring managers for all onboarding-related questions.

MSP Manager

Responsible for running the daily MSP operation from a medium to a large customer (more than 400 recourses). Leading a team and P&L responsible.

MSP Teamleader

Responsible for running the daily MSP operation from a small to a medium customer. Leading a small team.

Principal MSP Partner

The Principal MSP Consultant is responsible for filling all temporary vacancies (hiring, transfer, turnover) at the customer and setting up and expanding an MSP service for an existing customer. In addition, the Principal MSP Consultant acts as and is the central contact point for the MSP Hiring Desk and is responsible for providing excellent customer service. They also act as a Mentor for (Sr.) MSP Consultant(s).

Senior MSP Partner

The Senior MSP Consultant is responsible for filling all temporary vacancies (hiring, transfer, turnover) at the customer and setting up and expanding an MSP service for an existing customer. In addition, the Senior MSP Consultant acts as and is the central contact point for the MSP Hiring Desk and is responsible for providing excellent customer service. They also support with Onboarding new MSP Consultant(s).

ONSITE TEAM RPO

Recruitment Partner RPO

The Recruitment Partner RPO is responsible for filling vacancies (hiring, transfer, turnover) at the customer and arranging and expanding the recruitment process within an existing relationship.

RPO Manager

Responsible for running the daily RPO operation from a medium to a large customer. To lead a team. P&L responsible.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT - CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE

Coordinator Vendor Management

As a Coordinator you are responsible for contracting suppliers and freelancers (our Vendors) and ensuring compliance for your own customer. You are an important pivot in the hiring process and you interact a lot with your on-site colleagues and with the on-site managers. The hiring process includes the recruitment of the candidate, the on- / offboarding process of new interim professionals and the associated invoicing process.

Consultant Vendor Management

The Consultant Vendor Management has an operational role in Vendor Transitions and is independently responsible for the operational payroll services. It is a senior advisor to internal, external and potential clients. The consultant provides operational implementation of the Vendor Management / Payroll policy and provides organizational advice on current affairs (legislation / regulations, HR updates, etc.) and policy.

Project Manager

Responsible to deliver assigned projects in a structured and controlled project environment through the application of project management techniques, effective controls and structured change management.

Teamleader Vendor Management

Responsible for running the HTS customers, suppliers and freelancers. Supporting, guiding and developing the Vendor Management Team is also part of the job. You are an example to others within HTS. Managing a small team.
